A Note on Usage Fees
Your monthly fee includes a usage allowance. Mustardseed Reputation includes $10/mo of text and email credits. Connect and the Growth System include $30/mo for texts, email, and AI conversations (like Izzy, your AI phone and chat assistant). These cover the cost of sending texts, emails, and running AI conversations for you. If you go past the included amount, your account tops up in $10 increments, and each top-up shows on your statement. Most businesses stay close to their included allowance. Higher call and text volume may trigger an occasional top-up.
