A Note on Usage Fees
Your monthly platform fee includes a usage allowance for SMS, email, and AI-powered conversations (like Izzy, your AI phone & chat assistant) — $10/mo included on Reputation Management, $30/mo included on Connect and the Full System. These cover the platform-level costs of sending texts, emails, and running AI conversations on your behalf. Once your included allowance runs out, your account automatically reloads in $10 increments to keep things running without interruption. Most businesses stay close to their included allowance; higher call and text volume may trigger an occasional reload.
